Cancellation Policy
At Pickett Coaching, we value your commitment and our coach's time. To ensure a professional and elite training environment for all clients, we adhere to the following cancellation and rescheduling policy.
1. The 24-Hour Notice Period
- A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule any 1-to-1 session.
- This notice allows us the opportunity to offer the slot to another client or manage facility bookings at Goals or Kingston College Arena Gym.
2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the session being forfeited.
- In these instances, the full session fee (£50 or one package credit) will still be charged, and no refund will be provided.
3. Late Arrivals
- All sessions are 60 minutes in duration and are scheduled to start and end at specific times.
- If a client arrives late, the session will not be extended and will end at the originally scheduled time.
- Clients are expected to arrive on time to ensure they receive the full benefit of their training.
4. Refunds & Packages
- Refunds for missed sessions without adequate notice are not provided.
- Refunds are not granted for a "change of mind" after a purchase has been made.
- Unused sessions from a pre-paid package may be refunded at the discretion of Pickett Coaching only in exceptional circumstances, such as a documented injury or relocation, and may be subject to an administrative fee.
5. Coach Cancellations
- In the unlikely event that Pickett Coaching must cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be notified as soon as possible.
- A full credit for the session or a priority reschedule will be provided immediately.
