All sessions take place at the Kingston College Arena Gym. This professional facility ensures we have the high-level equipment necessary to execute your training program effectively.

Pricing & Packages

Single Session
£50. Perfect for a trial or an occasional form check. Paid in advance via bank transfer, cash or PayPal.

10-Session Block
£400. (£40 per session). Our best value for those committed to a full transformation. Sessions are confirmed once payment is received.

Policies
All bookings require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation. Failure to provide notice results in a forfeited session fee.
How To Get Started

1. Client Onboarding
Before our first session, all new clients must complete our digital Onboarding Form. This ensures I have your correct contact details and, more importantly, a full understanding of your medical history and fitness goals to keep your training safe and effective.

2. Check Availability
Once your form is submitted, we will discuss your preferred training days and times to find a slot that fits your schedule. Whether you are looking for a one-off technical session or a consistent weekly block, I’ll confirm what I have available at Kingston College Arena.

3. Secure Your Slot
To finalise your booking, payment must be made in advance. I accept Bank Transfer, Cash, or PayPal. Once payment is received, your session is officially added to the diary.
Please remember that we operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy, once a slot is booked and the facility is reserved, the notice period applies.
