I trained with Jake for a 6 week one to one gym programme to begin with to help build my strength and explosiveness for football, and I honestly couldn’t recommend him more. Every session was really well planned and pushed me, but never to the point where it felt too much. I noticed a big difference on the pitch pretty quickly. I’ve actually kept it going and still train with him weekly now.
