Technical Foundations
Build confidence with the ball and develop core technical skills.

1v1 - Attack v Defence
Develop the confidence to beat an opponent and the ability to defend effectively.

SAQ, Overloads & Underloads
Develop movement, speed and agility while learning to make better decisions under pressure.

Game Understanding
Develop awareness, positioning and understanding of how to influence the game.

Apply & Compete
Put the week’s learning into practice through games, challenges and competition where awards can be won.
